All third-party framework references on this platform are for educational context only.
ILCI-21 Trademarks and Proprietary Rights
The following names, marks, and identifiers are trademarks or common law service marks of Isozaki Coaching LLC. All rights are reserved.
- ILCI-21™: the ILCI-21 name and brand identity
- ILCI-21™: the 21-item Leadership and Culture Index instrument
- ILCI-21™: the associated assessment service
Unauthorized use of these marks, including use in a manner that could cause confusion as to sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement, is strictly prohibited. Use of ILCI-21 trademarks in any publication, presentation, marketing material, or software product requires prior written permission from Isozaki Coaching LLC.
Proprietary Methodology and Protected Elements
The following elements of ILCI-21 are proprietary and protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property law:

- The three-domain, nine-subdomain framework: Self (Preferences · Talent · Awareness) · Structure (Business · Productivity · Innovation) · Systems (Culture · Strategy · Artificial Intelligence)
- The composite scoring methodology and domain/subdomain weighting system
- The five assessment bands: Flourishing · Growing · Emerging · Withering · Uprooted including all associated descriptions, thresholds, and interpretive language
- All report templates, narrative interpretation text, and coaching recommendation language
- The service pathway framework and subdomain-to-service recommendation mappings
- ILCI-21 user interface, dashboard designs, and data visualizations

Permitted Use of ILCI-21 Materials
Organizations with active access to ILCI-21 are licensed to:
- Reference ILCI-21 assessment results and reports in internal organizational development conversations
- Share generated PDF reports with participants within their organization
- Cite aggregate ILCI-21 scores in internal presentations using proper attribution (e.g., "ILCI-21 results, [Organization Name], [Year]")
The following uses are not permitted without prior written consent from Isozaki Coaching LLC:
- Reproducing or distributing ILCI-21 assessment items, scoring keys, or report templates
- Using ILCI-21 marks or results in commercial products, published research, or public marketing
- Presenting ILCI-21 results as equivalent to, validated by, or derived from any third-party assessment framework
